Situated 1h15 from our campsite, the people are friendly and there&#8217;s lots to discover. You can enjoy the views and it&#8217;s a really pretty town with lots of tourists. You can shop and relax here. The lake covers an area of around 27 square kilometres and is 80 metres deep. There are numerous beaches along the approximately 38 kilometres of coastline, and a large part of the lake is surrounded by cycle paths and car-free hiking trails. Although the lake is surrounded by impressive mountains, the cycling and walking routes around the lake are fairly flat and therefore easy to do. The water is of course perfect for a variety of activities, including sailing, diving, water-skiing, surfing, kayaking and swimming.
