Our campsite with 81 pitches accessible for PRMs is located on the sunny side of the Combe de Savoie at the foot of the Bauges massif and on the shores of Lac de Carouge. The Lac de Carouge campsite is an ideal destination for a holiday with family or friends and to enjoy the charms of Savoie and the surrounding area. Savoie is famous for its marvellous lakes with their invigorating and pleasant waters (many have water temperatures of around 23-24°C in summer) and its Alpine massifs, which are among the most beautiful in France.

Since 2018, we have had a PRM chalet, also perfect for couples.

A haven of peace, the 3-star Camping du Lac de Carouge offers a range of pitches and accommodation to suit all holiday styles. You’ll find large, well-shaded pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, as well as mobile homes, chalets and a PRM chalet, all designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people. This year, discover our new VIP Tent Lodges, luxuriously equipped with WC, bathroom and three bedrooms. All our accommodation has fully-equipped kitchens, separate bedrooms, bathrooms and WCs. The canvas bungalows are located close to the sanitary facilities for an authentic experience.
Whether you’re coming as a family, a couple, on your own, to fish or hike, our campsite is the ideal place. Since 2018, we also offer a chalet adapted for people with reduced mobility. True to the spirit of camping and nature, the majority of our pitches are reserved for traditional campers.
